Donald Richardson
Donald Richardson, 90, of Webster City, passed away Monday, March 3rd, 2025, at Van Diest Medical Center in Webster City, Iowa. Don was born December 9th, 1934, in Lake City, Iowa but grew up in Des Moines, Iowa.
Don was a self-made business entrepreneur and craftsman. Don’s passion in life besides his family was his love of golf. He was blessed with good fortune to have a mastery of the game and experienced endless joy sharing the game with others for 20 plus winters in Florida and the rest of the time in Iowa.
Don is survived by his wife Joanne of 40 years, son Patrick Butler, sister Sharon Dunagan, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Don Jr., daughter Kim Simpson, brother David and sister Suzie Mahannah.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 8th, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Foster Funeral & Cremation Center, Webster City, Iowa, with a visitation one hour prior.
