Pat Wagner, 84, of Fort Dodge died Saturday, November 26, 2022, at Harlingen Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 am Friday, December 9, 2022, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, December 8th, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., with a scripture service to follow at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center.
Patsy Evelyn Rowe, daughter of Roscoe and Verna Johnson Rowe, was born June 26, 1938, in Webster City. She graduated from Lincoln High in 1956. On November 17, 1956, Pat was united in marriage to Dale Francis Wagner at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. The couple farmed northwest of Webster City for 52 years. She worked many years at Franklins, owned and operated the Alibi Lounge in Eagle Grove and was the manager of the Goldfield Country Club. Pat loved wintering in South Padre Island, Tx.
She is survived by her children, Rick (Laurie) Wagner of Fort Dodge, Sharon (Michael) Jensen of Bentonville, Ark., Bruce “Stumpy” (Kim Chambers) Wagner of Fort Dodge, Kim Oberender-Doolittle (Matt “Paco”) of Webster City, Cindy (Bill) Dunaway of Garden City, MO, John Wagner of Ankeny; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
Pat was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Dale in 2012; her parents; son-in-law, Jerry Oberender; siblings, Iva Jean Williams, Lovetta White and Robert Rowe.
