Phyllis LaVonne (Nelson) Pevestorf, age 89 of Ames and formerly of Stratford, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at the Israel Family Hospice House.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. on Friday, June 3, 2022 at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall Streets in Boone. A Private Family Service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022. Inurnment will be in Linwood Park Cemetery in Boone.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames or the Iowa Chapter of the American Heart Association.
