Van Diest Medical Center is a 2025 Top Workplace
Van Diest Medical Center announced today that it is a 2025 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence winner.
The Top Workplace designation is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC.
This award celebrates organizations who have both embedded their mission and values into their culture and are efficient in their work to bring it into reality.
The Culture Excellence Award comes on the heels of a 2024 Regional Top Workplace Award from the Des Moines Register and a 2024 National Top Workplace Award for the Healthcare Industry.
“I am very proud to be a part of such a caring and skilled team; this award is a testament to their hard work, perseverance, and exceptional talent. On behalf of the Board of Trustees and Administration, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to all employees for their remarkable achievements,” said Lisa Ridge, VDMC chief executive officer.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
