Richard Stroner, retiring commander of American Legion Post 191 in Webster City, congratulates the new Post Commander Dave Gordon upon completing the oath of office Tuesday evening at the Post home during the Post’s annual meeting. Stroner has held the position held since 2018. Stroner was part of the group of Legionnaires who bought the building next door to the Legion Hall to improve its facilities, expand membership, and provide an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)-compliant restroom.
