The 2024 Angel Trees are now up, waiting for you to take an Angel and help make a child’s Christmas special.

The Angel Tree Gift Assistance Program in Webster City has been successfully helping families in need provide Christmas gifts for their children. Every child wants to experience the excitement of receiving presents at Christmas, and the Angel Tree program helps make that happen.

The host sites for the Angel Trees this season are:

Peoples Credit Union, 310 First Street, Webster City, and Kendall Young Library, 1201 Willson Avenue, Webster City.

The public may now visit either site during business hours to select their Angels.

At each site there will be a tree and display which will include a sign-out log for the donor’s name, contact information, and Angel ID number they have selected. Each Angel card will have an ID number and the child’s gender, age, clothing sizes and wish list. On the back a church will be listed; it will be the designated drop-off site for that particular Angel’s gifts.

For 2024, the suggested spending limit for Angels is $100.

Please do not wrap the gifts; just bring them with the Angel card to the designated church listed on your Angel.

Angel Tree gifts must be returned by Saturday, December 8. Please contact the church listed on the back of your Angel card in advance to schedule your gift drop off.

Angel Tree families will pick up gifts at churches on Sunday, December 15, from 2 to 4 p.m.
