Five appointments are made to Wilson Brewer Park Foundation Board
The historic Wilson Brewer Park in Webster City has a new Foundation Board at last.
On Tuesday, the Hamilton County Board of Supervisors named its two appointments to the board. They are Ryan Rupiper, who will serve a three-year term, and Kolleen Taylor, who will serve a two-year term.
At its July 1 meeting, the City Council of Webster City named its two appointees. They are Tamiann Parrott, who will serve a three-year term, and Mark Roberts, who will serve a two-year term.
The fifth member of the newly-formed Wilson Brewer Park Foundation Board will be Doug Bailey.
Bailey is the only member of the previous Wilson Brewer Park Board who will take a seat on the new Foundation Board. He is on for a three-year term. His appointment came through a joint agreement between the City Council of Webster City and the Hamilton County Board of Supervisors.
The old board of Gary Groves, Kim Anderson, Ketta Lubberstedt-Arjes, Lindsay McCormick-Welch and Bailey is being disbanded in the next month or so.
There is no date yet for the new board’s first meeting.
