Set for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday at its location at 625 Bank St., Webster City, the free admission event will host a plethora of activities to partake in. Those activities include meeting a personal trainer, a variety of educational classes and free usage of the weight room, cardio room, the racquetball court and indoor swimming pool.
Starting at 9 a.m. in the Sampson Room, a diabetes education class will take place, followed by a healthy cooking class for seniors at 10 a.m.
At 11 a.m., there will be a healthy snacks class for youth, followed by a healthy meal preparation session for families at noon.
A personal trainer will be on hand in the weight room and cardio room from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., and there will be a kids-themed fitness class at 10 a.m. at the racquetball courts.
At noon, a free, 30-minute yoga class is set to take place at the racquetball courts.
At 12:15 p.m., there will be a movement for seniors class, which is located in the Full Hall Lounge. Lastly, an open swim within the pool will span from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
