Heather Toftee

Heather Toftee has joined the Town & Country Insurance team in Webster City as a customer services representative.

Toftee resides in Webster City with her husband Dave, daughter Aryana and son Jesse. The couple also have two nieces, Siera and Selena who they consider their own. Add their two 4-legged daughters, Emma (an 11-year-old Dachshund) and Nova (2-year-old Black Lab) and the family is complete.

Prior to her employment with Town & Country Insurance, Toftee most recently worked as a certified medical assistant at a Community Health Center. She holds an applied science degree as a medical assistant and has worked as an EMT. She also has a strong insurance background, working as an insurance customer service representative for close to 13 years and previously obtaining an agribusiness and farm insurance specialist (AFIS) certification.

In her spare time, Toftee enjoys camping, being outside, spending time with family and friends, having fun and lots of laughs.
