A woman delivering a Leon’s Pizza order was hurt Saturday night when her parked car was struck by a minivan and her foot was pinned under one of that vehicle’s tires. Dawn Obrecht’s right foot was stuck under the left front tire of the minivan when Webster City Police arrived on scene near the intersection of Third and Grove streets around 8:15 p.m. She had dialled 911 from that position.
