Bethany Life Foundation kicks off ‘Restoring Lives’ fund drive
Bethany Life Communities in Story City will soon have a newly renovated unit designed to serve those residents coming to Bethany Manor for short-term skilled care services. Architects Rudi-Lee-Dreyer & Associates, in consultation with Story Construction has designed a renovation plan that will give this unit a ceiling to floor makeover. The "Restoring Lives" Campaign will also support the purchase of new rehabilitative equipment.
Betsy Warburton, president/CEO stated that she is privileged to be part of an organization that strives to provide excellence in care, services, and environments for seniors. Warburton explained that while the renovation will begin on first floor there are plans in place to renovate additional areas of Bethany Manor as funds become available. The total cost of the first phase of the renovation has been estimated at $250,000.
